Ronald Blaško with his team established a new company providing engineering services. Since October 2015 he acts as its Executive Director.
He holds a Master degree in Operation and Economics of Air Transport, (Žilina University, Slovakia) and a postgraduate degree in International Economics (Kiel Institute for World Economics, Germany).
He has got over 10 years of experience in finance, management consultancy, insurance, public finance sector, European nuclear affairs and risk management area in the energy sector.
During his international assignment he acted as a Slovenské elektrárne representative within Foratom (Brussels, Belgium).
Dirk Helmut Petzold
Since December 2015 he acts as Construction Manager. He is responsible for coordination of the SE SIS Construction Unit activities in scope and relationships with customer – SE, ensuring the compliance with Contract scope, safety and quality objectives, approved technical documents (Basic Design, Work Packages, Technical Specifications), Project rules and with approved Project schedule and costs.
He has got over 25 years of experience in managing positions at international construction projects in chemical, oil & gas and nuclear construction industry
Main international assignments include MO34 Nuclear power plant construction; ENEL (EOB) Bulgaria, Maritza East 3; ARBED Luxemburg; TKS Duisburg; Bayer Dormagen; Shell Netherlands; Veba Oel Germany; DSM Netherlands.
Since October 2015 he acts as Commissioning Manager. He is responsible for management of the system preparation process for turnover to commissioning in cooperation with the construction management manager.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He has got more than 30 years of experience in industrial, oil & gas and nuclear construction.
Main international assignments include Enel Maritza, East III Power Plant Units 1,2, 3 & 4 in Bulgaria; ALSTOM Power Italia Spa; Oil fired steam power plant in Shoaiba, Stage I, Phase 1 & 2, Saudi Arabia for Saudi Electricity company-Western region; ABB consortium coal fired power plant in Jorf Lasfar in Morocco; ABB Sadelmi Spa oil fired power plant in Aqaba in Jordan; Belleli Saudi Heavy industries Ltd. Jubail in Saudi Arabia; Mazagon dock Ltd., a Govt. of India, Off shore oil & gas production; Universal Air systems Ltd. Bombay India.
David Cano González
Since November 2015 he acts as Project Engineering Group Manager. He is responsible for the management of project engineering activities within the Engineering group of MO34. Main activities are overall coordination/guidance of Project Engineers, assistance to the Engineering Manager for integration of issues inside the unit, coordination with Planning Department and support to the project managers in the follow up of Contractors.
He holds Masters in Power Engineering, Nuclear Branch (ETSIIM-Madrid 1995). He has got 20 years of experience in nuclear business.
Main international assignments include Engineering Manager of the Special Radwaste Storage Facility Project ("Lot 2") of the National Centralized Temporary Storage Project (ATC) (Spain, 2014-2015); Deputy Project Manager & Engineering Manager of the Joint Venture between Iberdrola Ingeniería and Belgoprocess for the supply of a Plasma Melting Facility to Kozloduy NPP (Bulgaria, 2009-2015); Deputy Engineering Manager of the Steam Generators Replacement Project (SGRP) of Angra 1 NPP (Brasil, 2007-2009).
Since May 2016 he acts as Administration, Contract and Finance Manager. He is responsible for all support functions of the company, mainly for the office management, ICT services and support, contract management and procurement of the company, financing, accounting and tax matters as well as compliance of the Company.
He graduated at the Commenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law in the year 2000.
Previous work experience include Head of Legal Analysis at Slovenské elektrárne, a. s. (working on several high profile company`s projects e.g. refurbishment of Nováky Power Plant, One Company Project, Sale of Enel´s shares in the company, audit carried out by the Supreme Audit Office and leading contractual negotiations e. g. negotiations with key Russian (TVEL) and French (AREVA) companies on purchases of nuclear fuel and enriched uranium); Internal lawyer at HVB Bank Slovakia, a. s. and Slovenska sporiteľna, a. s.; Junior Associate at law firm of Ľubomír Schweighofer.
Since April 2016 she acts as Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all HR related matters – e.g. recruitment activities, employee relations, labour-legal affairs, design of internal culture and internal communication within company.
She achieved university degree at Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava in field of study of Industrial Engineering and Management.
She had been holding position at HR division of Slovenské elektrárne, a. s. within Compensation and Planning Unit for more than 5 years before she joined SE Služby Inžinierskych stavieb, s.r.o., along with that she participated at all HR projects within Enel Group during her stay with SE, a.s.
She gained extensive experience during another 8 years before she joined Slovenské elektrárne, a. s., when she acted as HR specialized consultant in Accenture, HVB Bank Slovakia and Ahold within all HR areas.
