In 2022, Slovenské elektrárne, a.s. generated a total of 18 888 gigawatt-hours of electricity, with net supply of 17 039 GWh. Up to 95 % of the electricity supplied to the grid was CO2 free – mainly from nuclear, but also from hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass co-combustion.
