Procurement of the "above-the-limit" contracts for goods, services and building works related to the power generation is governed by the Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement Act (herein after "PPA").

When contracting the delivery of goods, provisioning of services and performance of works related to other purposes than the power generation, or whose estimated value is lower that the financial threshold for the "above-the-limit" contracts pursuant to PPA, Slovenské elektrárne follow its own internal procedures for tenders management, or publish Commercial Public Tenders by the Commercial Code (herein after "CPT"). Tenders in Slovenské elektrárne are carried mainly through electronic systems. Now the systems PROEBIZ Tenderbox a ERANET are in use. Procurement system ERANET integrates supplier‘s portal, system for suppliers qualification and system for on-line bidding for tenders announced by our company, procedures under the PPA as well as procedures outside the PPA. This system will also serve for electronic communication with our company during the procurement process. ERANET is connected to e-auction system PROEBIZ.

Slovenské elektrárne operates own supplier‘s portal. It is available for free and allows to simplify communication with suppliers and improve their awareness to ensure the highest level of transparency. Suppliers provide basic company data, contact details and a list of activities performed according to the SE Merchandise Groups List. By registering on the SE's portal, the suppliers will be given direct access to those tenders where it is allowed by the law. It is also possible to qualify for selected Merchandise Groups.

During the procuring process, SE may collect and process personal data, at all times in full compliance with the Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Protection of Personal Data and on Changing and Amending of other acts.
