In 2025, Slovenské elektrárne, a.s. generated a total of 21.0 terawatt-hours of electricity, with net supply of 18.8 TWh. Now, 100% of the electricity supplied to the grid is now without direct emission CO2 – mainly from nuclear, but also from hydroelectric and photovoltaic.
In addition to electricity, Slovenské elektrárne also produces heat, namely at the nuclear power plant in Jaslovské Bohunice. In 2025, the company produced and supplied heat in a total volume of 1,969,200 GJ (547 GWh). Up to 100% of this heat comes from nuclear fuel without direct CO2 emissions. The specific heat consumption in the fuel for net heat supply was 1.2086 GJ/GJ.
