Slovenské elektrárne operates two nuclear power plants (Mochovce, Jaslovské Bohunice), 31 hydroelectric power plants (mainly on the Váh and Hron rivers) and two solar power plants (Mochovce, Vojany).
Slovenské elektrárne, a. s. in 2024 produced a total of 20.79 terawatt-hours of electricity. Thanks to nuclear and hydro power, 100% of the electricity supplied to the grid was CO2 free – thanks to nuclear, hydro, photovoltaic and biomass co-firing.
