At that time, interested Bidders may submit their Bids to participate in the Auction in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Any entity that meets the conditions listed in Article 1) Conditions of the auction of guarantees of origin of electricity can apply for the auction. Guarantees of the origin of electricity, offered in the form of an auction, are tied to electricity produced in SE,a.s.'s equipment, for which SE,a.s. was not provided during the production period applied support by supplement or surcharge in accordance with § 8b par. 3) Act no. 309/2009 Coll. Information on the volume, type and minimum unit price of guarantees of origin offered in the auction:
