Slovenské elektrárne, a.s. is gradually reducing the volume of all gas emissions into the air. After the shutdown of the thermal power plants in Nováky and Vojany, the company produces 100% of electricity without direct CO2 emissions. Slovenské elektrárne is aware of its social responsibility and tries to limit emissions that are only indirectly related to electricity production. Since 2011, we have been one of the major leaders in corporate electromobility in Slovakia and our fleet of electric company vehicles is growing.
