The Nové Mesto nad Váhom hydroelectric power plant is the second HPP in order on the diversion channel, with its technical parameters being the same as at the Kostolná HPP. As the Trenčianske Biskupice weird has a low retention capacity, the operation of this cascade is hydraulically closely linked to that of the previous cascade.
